Routine Eye care
Correcting your eyesight to its full potential is only part of our thorough eye examination. We use state of the art equipment to monitor the health of your eyes and allow early detection of conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. Our appointment schedule provides sufficient time to advise you about your eyes and fully answer any questions you may have.
Contact Lenses
We can provide all aspects of contact lens supply and care. We deal with all major contact lens manufacturers to deliver a service that includes gas permeable, multifocal, bespoke design, myopia management and all disposable lenses.
Frames
We stock a wide range of designer and less well known brands. We are constantly refreshing our frames to ensure there are always exciting models to choose from at every price point.
Our staff are confident to advise you on which styles and colours suit you and also work best for your prescription.
Minor Eye Conditions Services (MECS) (emergency eyecare)
Our optometrists have the specialist knowledge and skills necessary to be accredited to provide MECS. This private service offers convenient community care for minor medical eye conditions, e.g.: red eyes, foreign bodies, mild trauma, eye discomfort and more.
Sunglasses
We always stock a range of sunglasses, some designer brands along side competitively priced up and coming brands. We are also a Bolle sports eyewear agent.
Children’s eye care
Uncorrected vision can have a significant effect on a child’s ability to learn and on their behaviour. However, it often goes unrecognised by parents, teachers and even the child. Eye tests are free for all children under 16 and we have a wide range of modern frame styles should glasses be needed. We are also now providing Myopia Management services for short sighted young people.
